If you follow the wires from the positive terminal (red) on your caravan battery you should find it. Will recheck this and also the earth.The green wire from the trailer plug is the right hand indicator, and the left hand is yellow. An indicator you say.....? Check for corrosion within the light fittings (and plug), and that a wire is connected directly, so the earth return path is not via the caravan chassis.Road light connections are:-Pin 1 Source

It's held onn by four catches and they are brittle plastic so it really does need to be done gently. I disconnected the caravan and immediately re-connected it again and yes, you've guessed it, none of the lights worked. I have replaced both sockets on the car and both plugs on the van but still lights not working. The nearside front sidelight is not working.

Am I correct in assuming I should have got readings around 12V as opposed to 1.6V when I carried out the procedure above or is this not the case?2. Les had pushed the plug in a bit too hard and the centre of the socket had pushed back so the pins weren't making good connections. I found mine replaced it and all is well - good luck. You could try there armed with your multimeter & a can of switch cleaner. Its an ABI Monza Mk2.Not sure of the wiring system for the ABI Monza, but you might find that there is an in-line 15A fuse that needs replacing. I put a multimeter across pin 3 and each of the road lights (pins 1 to 8 excluding 3) and each one showed a reading of 1.6V.
