Reply angie September 11, 2014 at 7:04 pm I am changing batteries every two days. This is especially true for heat pumps. This happened last week, and was temporarily fixed by resetting the breakers and changing the thermostat batteries.
If you don't change it, the filter will eventually become so full, it will block the proper airflow and strain your furnace. Sorry I couldn't help you any further. There are no batteries. Totaline Thermostat Reset Checked switch and breakers and all were set properly (not tripped or off). If you are careful and want to do it yourself take a small jumper wire (I use them with alligator clips on the end) and jump between the R terminal and I pressed buttons, no change on the down temp button, but the up temp button flashed a 3 followed by a 10, then resumed the all blinking mode.
